Woo! I've finally completed my water challenge, and I'm proud to say that I actually participated and put forth the effort every single day, with the exception of some Saturdays and this past weekend when I was sick (trying to drink all that water repulsed me and I could not do it on Sunday or Monday), and I'm glad that I found a healthy habit to drink into and instill in my every day life! Here's what I learned (for myself): -My expectations should not be what anyone else's expectations or results are. I was intrigued at first from the original article that I read about all of the benefits that this lady saw as she went through this challenge. However, as I soon saw after I started-my "changes" didn't come as soon or as obvious that hers did.
